March Madness is here!! Three of our hometown teams have a chance to win the national championship!! Villanova, Temple, and St Josephs. What a great time for Philadelphia Basketball and what a great time for Philadelphia Real Estate Investors!!

Still dont see the correlation?   March is a great time to talk about teams. MArch is also a great time to talk about Real estate as the busy rehab season is upon us. 

Three local colleges competing on a national stage is great publicity for those universities as well as each game is free marketing to attract more students to the Philadelphia area.

What does that mean for us investors? More renters to put money in our pockets every month and pay our mortgages for us. 

All you need is a team to find those great investments for you, manage a team of contractors to get the project done on time and on budget, property managers to fill those units and collect those rents, and a real estate agent to quickly sell those flips.

I didnt even mention Drexel, Upenn, Philadelphia University, or many of the other insitutions overcrowded with students and producing renters everyday. Or how the forclosure rates are through the roof and also producing renters everyday....but thats a blog for another day.
